Core Fit, is a small intimate group training session that for post-natal Mums and women wanting to correct and address a weak or dysfunctional core. I want to enable you to get moving again while supporting and optimising your pelvic floor and core function. Bubs are of course welcome to join us, watching from their pram or next to you while you workout.
This is an 10 week program.
Recommended for:
- Mums from 6 weeks+ postnatal (with Dr’s Clearance if less than 12 weeks postnatal) who are getting back into exercise.
- Women with Pelvic Floor or Core related concerns.
- Women who want to know how to exercise safely and learn how to correctly engage and co-ordinate their core and pelvic floor.
