Build Strength & Confidence

I wanted to join a local group fitness class to meet new people and get fit, so I started scouting the internet and found Thrive Together. After the first trial lesson, I signed up for the term ( I’m now in my second term ) For me, the class is about being part of a great group of ladies and having fun whilst working up a sweat. I have noticed more awareness and strength in my body. Another added benefit for me is the stress relief it gives after a tough day. Karen is a great trainer. She is warm, approachable, dedicated and creates workouts that are challenging and fun. She caters to varied levels of fitness in the class, whilst keeping a watchful eye on everyone to ensure quality of movement. If you want someone that will help you build strength and confidence in your body but is able to do it with safety always in mind. I would highly recommend Karen.
