Due to current Covid-19 lockdown restrictions in Greater Sydney, all group classes have moved online. Outdoor Personal Training (1 on 1 training) can still currently go ahead.Masks are requested to be worn by clients wherever possible based on intensity of exercise. Trainers are required to wear a mask at all face to face sessions.

- You will be guided on how to improve your nutrition, to better support the changes you want and the lifestyle you have.
- You will be held accountable, encouraged and supported so you can hit your goals.
