Group Training

Due to current Covid-19 lockdown restrictions in Greater Sydney, all group classes have moved online. Outdoor Personal Training (1 on 1 training) can still currently go ahead.

Our group training sessions are a fun, safe and social way for women to work out and meet new like-minded women. Group training is an effective way of getting results at a fraction of the cost of Personal Training.

Every session is different and we promise you will walk away feeling like you have had a great workout.

Our Group training incorporates:

  • Cardio
  • Strength – body weight & weights
  • Core Conditioning
  • Mobility

NOTE: To ensure safe and healthy exercise planning for clients, all participants are required to fill out a pre-screening assessment prior to participating in any exercise session.
COVID-19: To ensure the health and safety of all and to comply with government guidelines and laws some new procedures and rules are in place. Please review them here.

Rise & Shine Bootcamp

A full body workout, combining strength and cardio and a variety of formats. a great way to launch into the day, investing in your, your fitness and wellbeing BEFORE the day gets in your way ;).

Mid-Morning Bootcamp

A full body workout, combining strength and cardio and a variety of formats. Caters to all fitness levels.
These classes are post-natal safe (from at least 6 weeks post-natal).

Child Friendly: Children are welcome, they can watch from the sidelines or their prams.

Class bookings required.

Core Fit – 8 Week Specialised Program – Term 3 on hold due to Covid lockdown.
