Group Training

Our group training sessions are a fun, safe and social way for women to work out and meet new like-minded women. Group training is an effective way of getting results at a fraction of the cost of Personal Training.

Every session is different and we promise you will walk away feeling like you have had a great workout.

Our Group training incorporates:

  • Cardio
  • Strength – body weight & weights
  • Core Conditioning
  • Mobility

NOTE: To ensure safe and healthy exercise planning for clients, all participants are required to fill out a pre-screening assessment prior to participating in any exercise session.

A full body workout for those early birds that like to get their workout done, before their day takes over.

Mum’s Morning

Our mums and bubs sessions and fun full body workout. You need your whole body working for you to live your life and this class will get you what you need.
This class is designed for women who are more than 6 months post-natal and do not experience any core dysfunction symptoms.
For those less than 6 months post-natal and/or experiencing core dysfunction symptoms, I recommend the Core Fit Program. Please get in touch to discuss your needs.

Children are welcome, they can watch from the sidelines, their prams or our portable play-pen. Nanny service is coming soon!

Ladies Night

An evening full body workout. These sessions incorporate: Strength, Cardio, Body Weight Resistance and Core Conditioning. A great evening session for women and mums looking to clear their minds and do something for themselves.

Core Fit – 10 Week Specialised Program

A small group training session specially designed for women wanting to correct and address a weak or dysfunctional core. I want to enable you to get moving again while supporting and optimising your pelvic floor and core function. Bubs are of course welcome to join us, watching from their pram or next to you while you workout.

This is a 10 week program of progression, up to 2 classes per week (for best results):
Wednesdays: 10:45 – 11:30am
Saturdays: 7:15 – 8:00am

NOTE: As this is a progression it is important to be there at the first sessions, which is largely an assessment of your current core health and function. If, due to unforeseeable circumstances you can not make the first week or any subsequent week, you may be required to attend the next session early to allow for a recap.

Recommended for:

  • Mums 6 weeks (with Dr’s Clearance) – 12 months postnatal who are getting back into exercise.
  • Women with Pelvic Floor or Core related concerns.
  • Women who have been advised they need to work on their Core Strength.
  • Women who want to focus on their core and confident they are exercising safely to reduce the risk of pelvic floor and core dysfunction.
