What is the Exercise Pre-Screening form for?
The exercise pre-screening form is a tool used to get an understanding of your current health status and any injuries you may have.
This is used to assess whether exercise may put you at risk without further clearance from a medical professional.
In some cases I may request you get medical clearance from a medical professional, before commencing any fitness program or sessions with me.

Do you train in the rain?
Training sessions will go ahead in the rain, I will do my best to find a sheltered location for the session and will advise of new location via SMS before the session starts. Session will be moved online if Karen determines the weather/conditions are too dangerous or place people at risk, deatiils will be sent via SMS and updated in PTMinder.

Do you have a babysitter?
I currently do not have a baby sitter for any sessions.
Young children are welcome to come along to any of the mid-morning bootcamp sessions. This must be in-keeping with our Covid policies and procedures.

What payment methods do you accept?
I accept EFT or online payments via PTMinder (using a card or bank account).

What should I bring to a session?
Please bring:
– towel/mat
– water
– hat and sun protection for day time sessions
