What is the Exercise Pre-Screening form for?
The exercise pre-screening form is a tool used to get an understanding of your current health status and any injuries you may have.
This is used to assess whether exercise may put you at risk without further clearance from a medical professional.
In some cases I may request you get medical clearance from a medical professional, before commencing any fitness program or sessions with me.
Do you train in wet or bad weather?
Training sessions will go ahead in the rain, I will do my best to find a sheltered location for the session and will advise of new location via SMS before the session starts. Session will be moved online if your trainer determines the weather/conditions are too dangerous or place people’s health or safety at risk, deatails will be sent via SMS and updated in PTMinder.
Do you have a babysitter?
I currently do not have a babysitter for any sessions.
Young children are welcome to come along to any of the mid-morning bootcamp sessions and watch from the sidelines or their pram.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept EFT/Direct Bank Transfer (admin processing fee applies per invoice/payment) payments and Direct Debit via PTMinder (using a bank account only).
For further questions please use the contact form and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
