Our bootcamp runs at Meadowbank Park on Mon, Wed, Thur* & Fri

There are 2 class time options:

  1. Rise &amp: Shine: 6:00 – 6:45am – classes run most of the year, with a mid-year and end of year break.
  2. Mid-Morning: 9:30 – 10:15am** – classes run only during the school terms.

* 6:00 am class only.
** Little ones are welcome to come along with you and watch at the 9:30am sessions.

How it works:

  • Up to 4 Classes per week.
  • Each session will be different and incorporate both cardio and strength.
  • You will get access to a private Facebook group for additional support and motivation
  • At home challenges throughout the term, to help you focus on some smaller details of your overall fitness and health.
