Our group training sessions are designed to be a fun, safe, and supportive space where women can move their bodies and connect with like-minded friends. Every session is a chance to laugh, get strong, and leave feeling energised and accomplished!

Join us for your next invigorating workout right here in the beautiful Meadowbank Park in Meadowbank, NSW.

We believe there’s nothing better than moving your body outside! You’ll find us conveniently set up near the amenities building next to the water playground.

What to Expect in a Session

Classes are 45 minutes of focused, invigorating exercise. We keep every session varied, incorporating a blend of effective training styles to ensure a full-body workout that’s always interesting:

  • Strength Training: Build lean muscle using both body weight and free weights.
  • Cardio: Get your heart pumping with fun and effective exercises.
  • Core Conditioning & Mobility: Improve stability, posture, and flexibility.

We promise you’ll walk away feeling like you’ve had a great workout and be excited for the next one!

Rise & Shine Bootcamp

A full body workout, combining strength and cardio and a variety of formats. Caters to all fitness levels. A great way to launch into the day, investing in your, your fitness and wellbeing BEFORE the day gets in your way ;).

Child Friendly: Children are welcome, they can watch from the sidelines or their prams.

Return To Exercise – Coming Term 1 2023 (Run through school terms)

This class is designed to help women get back into exercise while being able to focus to correctly engaging their core. It combines building core funtion and strengthening, low impact cardio and strength training.
Ideal for women who:

  • are return or starting to exercise and are at least 6 week post-natal
  • have never really been aware of how to use their core during exercise
  • are returning to exercise after experiencing core dysfunction.

Child Friendly: Children are welcome, they can watch from the sidelines or their prams.
