  2. I will look at all aspects of your fitness and develop the areas you need, to hit your goals in a healthy functional way.
  3. You will be given guidance on exercising when you are not with me throughout the week
  4. You will be held accountable, encouraged and supported so you can hit your goals.

Personal Training Session

1 on 1 personal training sessions are a great way to get a focused and efficient workout. I will be there to motivate you and help keep you on track during your session. You can work out at one of our outdoor locations or if you have the space, we can come to your home.

I will help you adjust your exercise technique, if needed, and give you guidance on proper form so that you can get the most out of each exercise.

Online Coaching and Support

Making body and health changes involves more than just exercising regularly.

It’s about making a lifestyle change that affects the way you eat, sleep, and think — and online coaching sessions can help you do just that. Online coaching is more flexible and able to fit in with your schedule, so it’s easy to work with me, on your terms.

Your time is valuable and so is your health. That’s why I offer you the opportunity to get more out of your workouts without having to pay for a Personal Trainer at each workout.

With your own personalised exercise program, you’ll be able to:

Weekly video check-ins provide accountability and the ability to review progress, get support and make adjustments to ensure your progress.
