Ready to Start? Your 3-Step Guide to Booking Your First Class
Welcome! We’re excited to have you join the Thrive Together community. Getting signed up is easy—just follow these three simple steps below.
1. Create Your Account & Complete Pre-Screening
All new members must first create an account on our booking platform, PTMinder, and complete a mandatory pre-screening form. This ensures we can provide you with the safest and most effective training plan.
- Click the button below to start your registration. The pre-screening form is linked directly within the sign-up process.
2. Wait for Activation & Buy Your Pass
Once you submit your account details and pre-screening form, our team will review it. We may contact you with any follow-up questions.
- Watch your email. We’ll send you a confirmation email as soon as your account is activated.
- After activation, you can purchase your pass. If you’re new, we recommend starting with our trial pass!
3. Book Your First Class!
You’re all set! Use the PTMinder app or the website to find a time that works for you.

| Via the App | Log into the PTMinder app (download links below). Select “Bookings” at the bottom, then choose “Classes” at the top. Click the “Book” button on your preferred class.

A Few Quick Notes
- Bookings are Mandatory. To ensure we can manage class size and equipment, you must book your spot at least 4 hours before the class start time.
- If you need to cancel, please do so at least 12 hours in advance.
- What to Bring: A towel/mat and a water bottle to every session.
- A Little Nervous? That’s completely normal! We’ll ease you into your first couple of classes. A bit of soreness afterward is a sign of a great workout—just keep moving to help with recovery!
