Perfect warm winter breakfast recipe!
Time: 10 – 15 mins | Serves: 2
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 grated carrot
- 1 handful pumpkin seeds
- 1 handful sunflower seed kernels
- 1 handful shredded coconut
- 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries (chop if large berries)
- 1 – 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method
- Add all ingredients to a saucepan and mix
- simmer on low heat until oats are soft and mixture is a thick consistency (5 – 10 mins). Stir frequently.
- Serve with natural yoghurt (optional)
