We are saying farewell to a crazy 2020 and launching into 2021 with our Rise & Shine Bootcamp!
From January 11th – 22nd 2021, we will be running a 10 day bootcamp (weekdays only) at Meadowbank Park.

How it works:
- Each session will be different and incorporate both cardio and strength.
- You will also get access to a private Facebook group for additional support and motivation
- At home challenges throughout the 10 days, to help you focus on some smaller details of your overall fitness and health.
