From April 19th – June 25th 2021, we will be running a 10 week bootcamp (Mon, Wed & Fri) at Meadowbank Park.

How it works:
- Each session will be different and incorporate both cardio and strength.
- You will also get access to a private Facebook group for additional support and motivation
- At home challenges throughout the 10 weeks, to help you focus on some smaller details of your overall fitness and health.
